Modifying Orders & Resolving Download Issues

Because digital access tokens are generated immediately upon completed payment, digital orders cannot be cancelled once downloaded. However, our support team can assist with order-related issues.

What Support Can Resolve for You

• Email Typos: If you misspelled your email at checkout, submit a ticket with your Paystack payment reference to update your delivery address.
• Broken Download Tokens: If a link expired or was interrupted by a connection drop, we can re-issue fresh download tokens.
• Corrupted File Replacement: If a creator uploaded an unreadable file, we guarantee a replacement within 48 hours.

How to Request Order Help

1. Visit the Support Ticket Portal.
2. Select Order Support and submit your Paystack transaction reference.
3. Our Lagos support desk will resolve your download request within 24–48 hours.
