Digital Content Replacements & Updates
Because Fero E-Library sells digital intellectual property, we do not perform physical product exchanges. Instead, we offer File Replacements and Verified Syllabus Updates.
What Can Be Replaced
- Corrupted or Broken Files: If a PDF or video fails to open or is incomplete, we provide a freshly watermarked replacement.
- Author Syllabus Updates: When an educator uploads an updated revision of an academic guide you purchased, you can download the updated file from your account.
- Format Compatibility: If a file format is unsupported by your reader device, our support team will help provide an alternative readable standard format.
Replacement Requirements
- ✅ Purchase must be verified on your account with an active Paystack reference
- ✅ Issue reported within 7 days of initial download
- ✅ Request submitted through the Support Ticket Portal
